Does it really work offline?

Yes. Indexing, search, previews, the knowledge graph, the Vault — everything runs on your machine. There is no server component. Disconnect the network and nothing changes.

What do you collect about my files?

Nothing. Your files, your index and your queries never leave the machine. There is no account requirement and no content telemetry — we couldn’t read your data if we wanted to, because it never reaches us.

Which plan should I choose?

Free covers fast essentials on one machine. LatticeSearch Personal adds full understanding across text, images, and audio. LatticeSearch Pro adds face-name search, advanced lenses, deeper recovery, workspaces, and permissioned web and OS actions. Pay monthly or save with yearly billing; power users get Weave, and teams use LatticeSearch Weave for business. What does it need to run?

A normal 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 PC. The installer checks your machine and selects the right build automatically—from a lean netbook setup to the fullest experience a powerful PC can run. No NPU and no new hardware required.

Mac and Linux?

Coming. Windows ships first because that’s where file search is most broken. Mac and Linux builds are in development.
