Switch the tier up top. Personal gets the emotional Lumen robot (twirl, emotions, animated eyes, chat). Weave gets the app’s original Lattice mascot — the lattice cube in its panel, nodes lighting in sequence as data hops node to node.

Point at any angle — like a clock (moves to centre, then aims the laser)

Sounds — R2-D2 warbles + a lightsaber laser (turn your volume up)
The laser hum holds continuously while pointing, then powers down — try “Sweep all 8” above to hear it with the beam.

This is a preview harness — the same two widgets (lumen.js and mascot-lattice.js) that will mount inside the desktop app, tier-aware. The real app runs at http://127.0.0.1:8765; wiring these mascots into it is the next step.
